We provide digital products, online courses, templates, memberships, and marketing services. Some deliverables are provided instantly after purchase. Some services require a custom scope and timeline.
You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter a contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
All prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. We use third‑party processors to take payment. You agree to their terms when paying. For subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
Digital items are delivered by download link or account access immediately after payment, unless otherwise stated. Keep your login details safe. Do not share downloads or account access.
If you are an EU consumer buying a digital product, you usually have a 14‑day withdrawal right. When you opt in to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery starts, the withdrawal right no longer applies. For services scheduled to start within 14 days, you may withdraw but must pay for work performed up to the time of withdrawal. Business customers do not have a statutory withdrawal right.
Our default policy for instant digital downloads is no refunds once access begins, unless the product is defective or fails to match the description. For services, refunds follow the signed proposal or order form. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Use our materials only for lawful purposes. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission. You are responsible for your equipment, internet connection, and compliance with platform rules.
All content we publish, including texts, videos, templates, visuals, and software, is owned by GiusMastery or our licensors. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license for your own use unless a different license is stated. Trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without permission.
We use AI tools to assist with content creation, analysis, and support. Human review is part of our process. You remain responsible for how you use outputs. Do not rely on AI‑generated outputs as legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
We integrate with third‑party services such as payment processors, funnel platforms, analytics, and advertising networks. Their terms apply in addition to ours.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that caused the claim. Nothing excludes liability where the law does not allow it.
We do not promise guaranteed results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, and implementation.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or applicable laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts of Laren, Netherlands have non‑exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also use EU Online Dispute Resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site with the date of update. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms.
