GiusMastery is a digital venture operated by VBPrint, sole proprietorship (Eenmanszaak), KVK 68896476, registered in the Netherlands. Registered address: Westermark 10, 7245DC Laren, Netherlands. Email: team@giusmastery.com.
What we offer
We provide digital products, online courses, templates, memberships, and creative services, including UGC content (photos, short videos, AI avatar videos, captions) and simple funnel pages on Systeme.io or WordPress. Some items are delivered instantly after purchase. Some services require a custom scope and timeline.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Prices, taxes, and payment
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your location. Payments are processed by third-party processors, and their terms apply. For subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
Delivery of digital items
Digital items are delivered by download link, account access, or file transfer after payment, unless otherwise stated. Keep your login details safe. Do not share downloads or access.
Right of withdrawal for EU consumers
If you are an EU consumer buying a digital product, you usually have a 14-day withdrawal right. When you opt in to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery starts, the withdrawal right no longer applies. For services scheduled to start within 14 days, you may withdraw but must pay for work performed up to the time of withdrawal. Business customers do not have a statutory withdrawal right.
Refunds
For instant digital downloads, no refunds once access begins unless the product is defective or fails to match the description. For services, refunds follow the signed proposal or order form. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Your responsibilities
Use our materials only for lawful purposes. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission. You are responsible for your equipment, internet connection, and compliance with platform rules.
Intellectual property and usage license
Unless stated otherwise in the order form, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered assets on your brand-owned channels. Licenses can be:
a) Perpetual worldwide organic usage included by default.
b) Paid usage (ads, boosting, allowlisting) licensed for a defined window and territory.
c) Full buyout if specifically purchased.
No resale, no sublicensing, no use in illegal or misleading contexts. Trademarks and logos remain property of their owners.
UGC, likeness, and consent
If we create content featuring a real person’s face or voice (including AI avatars or cloned voice), you must secure that person’s explicit, informed, revocable consent and provide it upon request. You are responsible for rights to all materials you supply (logos, product images, scripts, music). We may refuse content that appears unlawful or infringes others’ rights.
AI usage and disclosures
We use AI tools to assist with drafting, voiceover, lip-sync, and post-production, with human review. Some platforms require AI labels. Where applicable, we include an on-screen “AI-generated” notice and provide guidance to help you label correctly when publishing.
Approvals, revisions, and deliverables
Your order form states deliverables and the number of revision rounds. A revision means reasonable changes that do not alter the approved brief. New concepts or major reshoots are billed separately. If we wait more than 7 calendar days for your feedback, timelines shift accordingly.
Allowlisting
Running ads from a creator handle or granting advertiser access requires a specific add-on and platform-compatible permissions. Unless purchased, allowlisting is not included.
Raw files
Raw project files are not included unless purchased. If included, they are provided “as is” with no guarantee of compatibility.
Demo samples
A free sample, if offered, is for evaluation only and not licensed for paid ads or public posting unless you upgrade the license.
Platform rules and takedowns
You must follow the rules of platforms where you publish. If we receive a credible claim that delivered assets infringe rights or breach platform policy, we may request a temporary takedown while the issue is reviewed. If infringement is confirmed, we will replace or refund the specific item as the sole remedy.
Data protection
We handle personal data under our Privacy Policy. If we process your customer data to build funnels or emails, a Data Processing Addendum may apply.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that caused the claim. Nothing excludes liability where the law does not allow it.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee outcomes. Results depend on market, product, budget, offer, and implementation.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or applicable laws.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts of Laren, Netherlands have non-exclusive jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site with the date of update. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms.
